Warnings: End of the world via natural disaster in the Pacific.

Summary: No one expected the end of the world to come from the Earth itself. It was supposed to be aliens and explosions coming from above, not a maelstrom of earthquakes and volcanoes and floods turning most of the planet into uninhabitable wasteland. When three-fourths of SG-1 crawl out of the rubble that used to be Cheyenne Mountain, they reluctantly have to leave Jack behind, presumed dead. Threats of alien invasion and hostile takeover are replaced by finding food and shelter; daily briefings and offworld missions are traded for security concerns and rebuilding. Through it all, Sam, Daniel, and Teal’c find that there’s more to survival than supplies and a place to wait out the storm. And sometimes, ghosts of the past aren’t really dead at all.

Summary: When the cloned SG1 decided to help Suna invade Konoha they knew it wasn't going to be an easy thing, but they hadn't expected a rescue from their originals to show up at the same time. Now they have another decision to make: are they staying as Ninjas or leaving as Clones?

Notes: I believe that you can get away with not reading the first story in this trilogy, Of the Sand, but you might want to read Of Loyalty and Morals as Of Rescue Missions and Invasions is the continuation of that.

Summary: Jack O'Neill has just been recalled to active duty and assigned to the Stargate Program. Taking the place of the legendary Jack O'Neil - with one "L" - is more difficult than he expected, particularly since he seems to have inherited his name doppelganger's former team. Although he first struggles to fit on the gloomy base nestled deep in Cheyenne Mountain, his only friend the Jaffa called Teal'c, he slowly discovers that there is much more going on than aliens and wormholes. And what is with that Daniel Jackson, the mysterious archeologist who will barely even look at Jack, let alone talk to him?
This story is a fusion between Stargate SG-1 and Twilight.

Jack wakes up in the SGC to the news that his team is dead. If he weren't hearing the news from General Hammond he might not believe it--and even so it's not quite real until he sees the bodies. Once he does, he knows nothing is ever going to be the same again.

Sam wakes up in the SGC to the news that she is now the senior member of SG-1. Jack O'Neill is dead. For Sam and her team, nothing is ever going to be the same again.

SG-1 might be able to go on like this--Sam's going to keep her team together if it kills her--but a man who's lost his team is capable of anything, and Jack's about to do the unthinkable to make things right.

Summary: Several years after coming to live in the Naruto alternate universe, it is time for the SG clones to take the Chunin exams. Not only do they have to go through several tests in order to determine their skills to become Chunin, they are also being tested in loyalty and morals as Suna plans an attack on Konoha and the SG clones have to decide whether or not they will participate in it.
