Summary: Goes AU from "In the Line of Duty". When Apophis returned with his ships to take his revenge on the Tau'ri, the only option was escape. Exiled on another planet with a minimum amount of supplies and allies, the plan is still to take back Earth. The only hitch? Their best chance at beating the Goa'uld is a Goa'uld, specifically a rebel named Jolinar who has taken Sam as a host. With Jolinar's allegiance uncertain, she must win over the trust of the Tau'ri and their leaders before she can return to the Tok'ra to forge an alliance that could change the galaxy.

In a post-apocalyptic world where both Christian and Muslim bow to the power of Origin, amid abandoned rides and the death of dreams, a broken SG-1 races against time and treachery to save their homeworld.

Summary:
An alien spirit has 'borrowed' Daniel Jackson's body, promising to return it in two month's time. But Daniel discovers another spirit has hostile designs on Samantha Carter. In order to protect her, he has no choice but to inhabit the body of a dog. Guarding her from all threats, he hides his true identity, as well as his secret love for her.

But a dog's life is a dangerous thing, and the threats Daniel faces off-world pale in comparison to the peril he faces on Earth itself. In the end, saving Sam may prove easier than saving himself.

Jack wakes up in the SGC to the news that his team is dead. If he weren't hearing the news from General Hammond he might not believe it--and even so it's not quite real until he sees the bodies. Once he does, he knows nothing is ever going to be the same again.

Sam wakes up in the SGC to the news that she is now the senior member of SG-1. Jack O'Neill is dead. For Sam and her team, nothing is ever going to be the same again.

SG-1 might be able to go on like this--Sam's going to keep her team together if it kills her--but a man who's lost his team is capable of anything, and Jack's about to do the unthinkable to make things right.

When Jacob Carter's attempt to help fails, the team is forced to take a ha'tak to the planet. Unfortunately, the voyage is long and hazardous, and Jack is slowly losing control over his long-hidden feelings and dangerous craving for Daniel.
